Buenos Aires, Argentina Pt. I – Walking Tours, La Boca and the World’s Widest Street

As fun as it was getting soaking wet at Iquazu Falls in Argentina, the journey had to continue.

Hopping on a bus for what seemed like forever, Katie, Julia, Leila and I made our way to beautiful Buenos Aires!
I quickly understood why so many fall in love with this remarkable city. With it being so big and full of history, the girls and I joined a Buenos Aires free walking tour to kick things off along with our new friends Drew and Alexandra from Aussieland!

We also visited the neighborhood of La Boca with all its bright coloured buildings, enjoyed some delicious treats in the city’s oldest cafe and walked across the widest street in the world…so they say!

And heck – this is only part 1!

Have you been to Buenos Aires?!

    Two thoughts as I watched…

“Wow, that bus food looks WAY better than the food on most airplanes these days.”

“Thats not so wide … wow, that’s wide!”

I lived there for 6 weeks and loved it. There are some really good free tours and amazing paid ones as well.

As connoisseur of airplane food, that bus food looks like something I must try. Cool narrative video, you have a good tv personality. Buenos Aires is now on the list.
