Guten Tag! Welcome to Berlin, Germany.
One of my favourite cities I’ve seen, Berlin is full of history and very recent history at that. After taking a history of the Third Reich bicycle tour with my new pals, I check out the Jewish Memorial, Berlin Wall and an alternative circus festival.
I cant wait to come back and explore this city more. In the meantime, give this video a watch for a taste of what you can experience in Berlin!

That’s cool that they have bike tours of Berlin. I didn’t know that. How many miles/kilometers do you think you actually covered during the tour?
I rode my bicycle all the way across Germany in the summer of 2007, but when I went to Berlin I left the bike at the home of a friend.
Now they just need to give tours of the city on those movable horses you showed in your video. Wouldn’t that be funny to see an entire group of people riding around the city on fake animals? I’d like to see that! Or maybe the tours could be conducted inside on those those giant floating balls. That would be pretty neat as well.
I love that your first taste of music in Germany (on the metro) was in English. I know English music is everywhere, but when I’m in foreign countries I always hope to hear local music instead. There’s nothing like sitting in a German/Italian/wherever restaurant to hear Bon Jovi come on the speakers!
