Great attempt at using the chopsticks Brock….I think you should keep using the fork at the side of your plate! Looks like you are having an amazing time. Keep exploring and having a great time.

SO TRUE! have you noticed that in canada erm…toronto etc. they always have pad thai that is kinda reddish in color? but when you are in thailand…asia etc. it’s more yellowy/slash brown cause they don’t add tomatoe sauce!
the lady i spoke with in chang mai told me that once!
