Today, as it is remembrance day, I would like to take you to Normandy, France, specifically: Juno Beach. I had the opportunity to visit the Juno Beach Centre which is a memorial to those who fought on D-Day, June 6, 1944 and all Canadians who played a role in World War II.

That was very beautiful and moving. So many gave so much so we can have what we have.
Excellent tribute. I similarly attended the Australian cemetery closer to Amiens. Three things struck me – the beautiful manicured condition of the cemetery, the youth of most of those passed and the large number of unidentified graves such was the savagery of the two world wars.
