This week on the Friday 5, it’s all about the future. There really haven’t been many videos, besides the Friday Five for the last little why but I promise…there is more to come. MUCH more. So stay tuned as the goodness is right around the corner!

You love beans, you’ve come a long way from the little boy who “hated” beans.
I really am anticipating Kenya ~ when it comes.
Great Friday 5 Brock. I totally understand where you’re coming from when it comes to shooting 5, 10, 20 takes for one single segment of video. Isn’t it so tough to not screw up words and things? You get this growing appreciation for actors after trying to create your own short video. Imagine having to remember story lines and being able to recite them perfectly in an accent? LOL. Think about it!
Maybe when all the back packing videos are finished you could do some videos or blog entries about your future business, pending its nature of course.
I look forward to seeing the rest of your trip!
I am being very patient for Kenya. It is killing me! LOL!
I think that you have put together a great resource of information for backpackers.
I think peoples biggest worries in planning something like this for themselves is that they want to know someone that has been there and had a good experience themselves. That is what got me to do the traveling I have done.
When redesigning your website consider a section that is organized by country but holds all links to places you have stayed / transportation recommendations /activities / etc…links that you tried and recommend that you have referenced to throughout your year of videos. You have probably collected may numbers / business cards / email addresses / etc…that you mention in your video and even more that you have not had time for. Then you can recommend reviewing the video that connects to it as confirmation.
In response to your “morbid to do list”, I’m glad you didn’t have to deal with any of those issues. I think about all those things when I travel and I still don’t know what I would do until confronted with it. I have a great memory of you with your granddad in hospital and telling him about your travels and how it lifted his spirits. Thanks. Sorry I couldn’t leave a reply on the actual video.
