Vienna, Austria – Outdoor Operas and Cemetery Curiosity

Austria. Home to schnitzel and the alps. Our short visit was to the city of Vienna. It was beautiful and kept us pretty busy. In this video we visit the graves of some very famous composers, check out some castles and enjoy and opera…on screen….outside.

  1. What great times. The cemetery was quite powerful and moving ~ to my surprise. The “life is a statue” or “life is a fountain” photo shoots were a hoot. Notice you didn’t include any photos of you in the creative shoots. Vienna has a wonderful mix of the old and the new and has so much history as well. They also have the best and largest Schnitzel I’ve ever experienced. As well, their metro system was probably the easiest to navigate.

  2. Oh my gawd…I can’t wait to see your Poland videos!

I love your Vienna video….it was clearly sunny there because you get more & more red from the sun as the video goes on!

    Sunscreen, BackBackWithBrock, sunscreen!

  3. @Teresa – Totally agree. Loved the metro, loved the Schnitzel, loved the photos shoots. Great city and wonderful to walk around on a Sunday when the streets are empty!

  4. @Darren – Yes, I need to put on more suncreen and protect my skin. But then I feel greasy all day. I ever noticed that in the videos. I promise to apply before I leave my hostel next time.
