I have looked forward to my visit to India for quite sometime. A place with so much pizzaz and mystery that I wondered every day what it would be like. Of course, that day finally came where I would be 100% in loud, busy, in your face India!
The first stop is Bangalore and boy what a start it is. In this episode you’ll see cows int he streets, car and chaos all around and some pretty funny signs to top it off.

Hey Brock – have just stumbled on your site within the past few weeks, and it is a blast….Recently married, my wife and I are just beginning to plan our own RTW trip, and I think we are going to head west like you have.
Anyways, India looks like a blast, these are the exact type of adventures we are hoping to have.

OMG: that hostel was disgusting! Looks like India is not on the “need to come back to in the future” list. Kinda funny stating that Noise is a “silent” killer ~ the constant chaos would have driven me crazy.
This video is one of my favourites! I’m glad you were able to use your touch of Brock humour to lighten up the craziness that is India!
I think everyone watching the India videos should note that it was about +37 to +46 pretty much every day (AND night!) we were there!
Oh….and my heart rate ACTUALLY went up when I started hearing all those honking horns again! I mean, it’s non-stop and takes a GREAT deal of relaxation techniques to not let them get to you!
I want to go to Bangalore now… hahahaha Good vid!!!

@Darren – Yes – it was MEGA HOT. As hard as I tried though, I still don’t think this video does the chaos justice. We made a huge effort but I don’t think we master those relaxation techniques. I have never been so consistently stressed out in my life.

@Jordan – Yes, there does need to be more content on the site. The ‘go go go’ of Europe and the slight wall I hit a few weeks back slowed me down. Just you wait, there are good times still to come, promise.
Visited India 2 years ago on a backpacking holiday, your videos brought back so many lovely memories – cows stopping traffic, the endless sound of car horns pipping,crowded buses and trains. Visiting India was the best experience of my life – made me thankful for hot running water and electricity back at home!! 🙂
