Istanbul, Turkey – The Grand Bazaar and Mosques

After a very long time in Asia, I finally touch down in my first European city – Istanbul!
This place is great. With it’s beautiful Mosques, the enormous Grand Bazaar and cleansing Hammans.
How often can you say a big ole Turkish man gave you a bath?
Certainly, a perfect kick off to the European adventure.

  1. BackPackWithBrock sounds a little stuffed up on this one! Thanks for sticking with all your videos through sickness & in health, rain or shine!

  2. Yes, Brock you do sound congested. Hopefully you are back to full health. I knew nothing about Turkey – thanks for giving me a glimpse of its beauty. I’m sure you enjoyed the Turkey Bath more than the Indian haircut message and adjustment.

  3. @Teresa – Yes, I’d have to say the Turkish bath was a little less scary. Wasn’t worried he’d break my neck.
